I waited less than five minutes to be taken back into a room on a Saturday morning. Dr Kevin McGlothlen took a detailed history and did a thorough exam to assess my pain. Without question he ordered labs and gave me two bags of fluids. Some of my lab values came back high, so he ran them again after one bag of fluids and they were back to normal. He came in a few times to reassess my pain levels and administered different medications to help my symptoms. This was by far the most positive experience I’ve ever had at any hospital/emergency room. I’m so relieved to have quality care so close by.

They are friendly and fast! I was seen with no wait and my whole visit only took 15 minutes! I’m definitely taking my whole family there for emergencies, glad that they are in my area! The nurse and the doctor did a great job getting me the care I needed and because of their care and advice I was back to normal within a few days!

I went there for a wasp sting that i had gotten 2 days prior. ALL the staff was rude, even the doctor acted liked like I was a bother to their day. I had told him i think the stinger was still there. He just looked with his eyes, no touching, nothing!! Made me feel like I had a disease or I was just there for drugs!!! Yes, he gave me a prescription, but then told me that may not even work. If I could give a Negative star I would. MY SYMPTOMS HAVE GOTTEN WORSE and now I really have to go a ANOTHER E.R AND PAY ANOTHER $500.

Go to an urgent care instead! Do not go here!
I brought my friend in because he had a high fever for couple days and we were worried. They gave him an IV drip and some Tylenol. They didn’t diagnose him with anything and told him to just rest until it passes. We were there for about an hour. 2 weeks later we got a $7000 bill! For an IV and some Tylenol. Please go somewhere legitimate. This place is a scam.

Came in with extreme mouth pain , right away I was taken care of , got a ct and my results came back in a very timely manner , the dr explained the infection and got me the prescriptions I needed right away . By far the best emergency experience I’ve had ever ! Thank you to the doctors and nurses at this location! I’m not sure I would have been taken care of this good anywhere else ! Words cannot explain how grateful I am !

DON'T GO HERE!!!!

This place is an absolute scam. They are nothing but a bunch of gangsters working here, housed in a money laundering scheme. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! EVER. You can make it to the next closest medical facility. We went in for a basic strep throat situation to allow my daughter to go to her last day of school. I was reminded that it is an emergency room and that our co pay will be higher than normal or expected. I knew that and agreed to the service. Dr Jennifer Trotter came in to see my daughter for 3 mins. Gave her an over priced medicine that I told them not to give her, as I didn't want to rack up extra charges, and then left. $4000 later we are stuck with a massive bill. Everyone here is rude, mean, no bedside manner, and generally bad people. I called to request an adjustment in the bill and was ignored. I hope this place closes soon and they all lose their jobs.

This place is terrible. You are better off going anywhere but here. The doctors DO NOT CARE about you, your health or your medical needs. They only care about stealing money. You are a piece of the pie to them. They will process you in and out as fast as possible to be able to bill as much as possible from you without any medical attention what so ever. 2 mins of their time cost $4K. This place needs to be shut down.
