We have had the best service dealing with Wendy W. Throughout our search she actively told us about properties we might be interested in. She even sent us few we might not have spotted ourselves. It turned out we didn't buy a UPS property. Even they can't make everyone sell their houses through them. Today we found our dream home, I don't think it was just coincidence that also today Wendy sent us details for a property on the exact street we have bought on, that's getting to know your clients.
I would highly recommend using UPS to sell your house (especially Wendy). The fact that someone is actively selling your house rather than just waiting for someone to spot it is incredibly comforting.

Everything that was within UPS' control was done very efficiently from the preparation of the sales brochure / website information, to viewing confirmations, viewing feedback and offers.
