We met Mark earlier this year and he is the best butcher! We have bought so much from him and he is super friendly and knowledgeable about his meats! He is more than willing to accomodate our needs, and he has done so many times for us. We appreciate what he does for us and that is what keeps us coming back every weekend! The beef is the absolute best we feel, melts in your mouth, we buy alot of his rib eye steaks. The chicken is delish! If you want great quality, The Country Butcher is the place to go!! Oh and the sausage is devine!! Thanks Mark for being the best butcher!!!

My son and I met the owner Mark today, what a great start to our day! We purchased the best prime rib I have ever had!! Can't wait for the Applewood smoked bacon for breakfast! We will absolutely be back for more!!!

Local sausages, bacon and other various meats and deliciousness. The owner Mark was very nice and everything looks top quality. Sounds like they will be opening a full fledged butcher shop soon too. Will definitely be back

We stopped in and bought some nice looking pork tenderloins wrapped in bacon and a rib eye steak for the barbeque. They were delicious!
