Been living in the Pickering condos for 2 years. Great location and nice amenities. Pool and gym are a big plus. Build quality is decent but doors could be better, overall it’s a good place.

Very crappy building of condos the houses in Pickering are way better than the condos the condos have very poor lighting very small space and are awkwardly designed! Seriously from a resident of Pickering my whole life have never seen condos this bad shame on you! Don't buy don't be a sucker!

Don’t listen to the Realtors who claim the build is complete and ready to move in. The jackhammering, drilling and tile cutting noise is unbearable!! Literally our entire floor shakes!! The noise starts at 7am and goes on until 7pm. The AC doesn’t work. Construction dust and debris everywhere.. Cannot even open our window for fresh air because of the dust from construction. Only one elevator operates and the construction crew use it! I wish I could undo my lease. Do yourself a favour and don’t move into this apartment until it's completely done.

The management at Universal City Condos has been disappointing, particularly under Kiera Niezen. She has repeatedly shown incompetence in handling tenant concerns, often lacking responsiveness and follow-through. Many of us feel that the role requires someone more spritely, proactive, and engaged— rather than someone treating this job as a lazy pre-retirement gig. We need a property manager who genuinely cares about maintaining the building and addressing issues efficiently, without snark. Universal City Condos needs to do better.

The amenities are top-notch—especially the fitness center. The management team is responsive and always ensures the property is well-maintained. I have lived in several new builds over the last five years and I must say the attention to detail that went in to this building is exceptional! Beautiful finishes, elegant lobby, great attentive concierge team who always have a smile and answer questions promptly. The city of pickering is now looking bright with this condo. Great job on the balconies as well. I have the most beautiful view on the pickering harbour from my unit! Chestnut Hill has clearly looked to great quality and building of the past to carve out a future in how condos should be built! Well done!

The construction of the short tower is complete and thankfully so.
While some bugs need to be worked out like ill mannered people using my PAID space, but the tenants and management are great.The cleaning team are polite and helpful.
As for Construction...Celebration st is now being used so our space has improved.

I live in 1480 bayly as a renter and in the early stages (unfinished) since May of 2023.

- There’s constant construction noises from 7am-midnight everyday. And dusts everywhere.
- Not as soundproof as you’d hope so, you’d hear a lot through the walls and hallways.
- The property Manager is condescending and ignores all tenant complaints.
- There’s always something wrong with the building either HEAT/AC not working or water being out for weeks on end.
- There is very limited parking for guests and tenants so if you have a second car but your unit only comes with one you’d have to park your car at the GO station.
- The building or the builders DO NOT CARE about tenants issues. They just want to make money.
- Be prepared to live in a construction site for years as they have 3 more buildings to put up and 3 still unfinished.
- since this is a construction site, some of the construction MEN that is working on the building can be really disgusting. I mean this by them leaving their trash everywhere and occasionally cat calling women walking pass them. It happened multiple times to me and my partner. Very unpleasant experience.

If you care about finding a livable space where you and your loved ones can enjoy and live peacefully in. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. at least right now. Wait a few more years until all buildings are up and fully finished and maybe when a new management in place.

Great project idea really terribly managed.

Don’t spend half a million on a unit you can’t even enjoy
