I was renting through University Property Management Services for the last 5 years. Me and my roommates had a great experience with this service. Tim was quick to respond and sent appropriate contractors in a timely manner. Everything was also done “according to the book” with no sketchy terms or conditions. The property was well kept and communication lines were always open and transparent. Would recommend, particularly for students looking for a smooth and easy student housing process. It was nice not to have to worry about landlord issues for the duration of my time in university!!
