Came for blood work. When the technicians showed up five minutes late for work, there were already five patients waiting. It’s been another 10 minutes and not one person has been called back.

Not the best facility. Workers fighting verbally in front of customers about why they can't take the customers even though they are all open. Now making people wear masks even though no published research says they do any good and published research says they cause problems. Other than that it was a decent experience.

Went in today at the end of the day, Rhonda was so nice and got me all checked in, she's very personable and made me laugh. I was called back almost immediately and the phlebotomist was fast and no nonsense. No fuss, no muss, a quick 3 tubes for a Rheumatoid screen and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Would definitely go back for any lab services in the future!

Brought my 16 month old son in for a blood draw at noon on a weekday. We were seen right away and the team that took his blood was quick and efficient, resulting in only minor tears. What I thought was going to be a horrible ordeal was one of our best health care experiences with a toddler.

Visited at 8am for client to get blood work done. Check-in was easy and no wait line. There were 3 people ahead for the lab so it was about a 15 min wait. Total time was less than 30 min

I work off Hempt Road. I drove to the Waterford Drive lab, checked in, got my lab work done, and drove back to work in 25 minutes. Everyone was friendly and efficient. And this was on a Friday at 12:30 p.m.!

Don't know why this place gets low ratings! I've been here half a dozen times for blood work and every time, the staff at the front desk and the nurses drawing blood have been courteous and efficient.
