I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. Last year, I reached out to Tara Leduc through Urban Realty Group in Whitehorse to inquire about options for my parents, as they were considering downsizing. With patience, care, and professionalism, she showed them available options they could consider and helped them narrow down what would be the best choices for their needs and interests. Upon finding the right choice to downsize, Tara was able to guide them confidently and reassuringly through the various steps of selling their home and buying a condo using outstanding communication skills and a personalized approach. The marketing of their house was phenomenal, and there was a great sense of a team approach, not just between Tara and my parents, but also with the Urban Realty team. It is evident from the very beginning that Tara went out of her way to be understanding and accommodating when dealing with seniors who are making a big life decision. If you are considering selling or buying, I highly recommend reaching out to Tara Leduc, as a born and raised Yukoner, she is knowledgeable and has a deep connection to the community.

Bryanna Ingram told me that by using her as our agent (also the seller's agent), we would be notified if an offer came in, so that we could put in an offer. She appeared to be on the ball and attentive, but we were forgotten in the offer process and missed out on the opportunity to participate. I hope it wasn't intentional; it would be hard to forget us when we had been in touch weekly, looking at various concerns about the property.
