I recommend Fred without reservation. I started by calling about his free no obligation home evaluation. I don’t like being pressured when it is no obligation and I told him so. He lived up to his advertisement. He was very professional with his evaluation and brochures that he produced to sell our home, as well as the online presentation of our home. He gave us excellent recommendations about how we could change a few things in the home and yard so that the home would present better. He even helped us do some items. Fred gave us exactly the advice needed to deal with offers. From rejecting a low ball offer to negotiating to the final offer, and dealing with other items regarding offers as well. He also helped with our moving of the household items from the house. He even gave us advise on the purchase of our new home even though we have moved 1,000 miles east. Fred was friendly, helpful, professional and patient with through the entire time, and has become a friend. And as I said at the beginning, I recommend Fred without reservation. Thank you Fred. You deserve the real estate agent of the year award.

Fred helped us with selling both our late parents homes. A difficult process due to the sentimental nature etc but one that was made easier by Fred’s reliability, experience and sensitivity to the many aspects involved with dispersing of household items etc. With both homes, Fred ensured everything went smoothly and in both homes also sold quickly! Huge stress reliever!
Fred was also our realtor who found us our family cottage! Absolutely great experience.
