Horrible customer service...would NEVER buy another house from them...ever! They took what should have been an incredible moment of our lives and turned it into an almost daily nightmare. We sold the house just so we never have to deal with ANYONE at Valente. We dealt with multiple reps from Valente including Peter himself and we have never had a worse experience with a builder...ever. I wish there was a 0 star rating for this!!

Just purchased a brand new Condominium from Valente a year after I was renting for a couple years in another building they owned. The service and attention to detail is absolutely second to none in both the building I was renting and the service I'm currently getting. They treat everyone like they are making a first impression. I will always trust the brand Valente and will always look to them for all me future purchases and rental needs. Kevin the sales manager top notch Sarah at the office top notch. Sam the head of construction top notch. Peter Valente the President has clearly guided them to understanding they represent a brand and not just a company. Absolutely amazing!

This transaction took place before he developed Valente Development Corporation but it was an enjoyable and smooth process working with Peter. He took the time to successfully find us the best lot to fulfill our needs for the coming years. We appreciated his expertise, professionalism and support during this process. Our niece just purchased one of his new condos in LaSalle. She is so pleased with the outcome of her first home. Bad management bad service bad maintenance bad hygiene. I lived for 2 years in 955 Ouellette can’t wait to move out. Jen is rude along with other office staff. Tenants are irresponsible as there is no management or control in the building. Not recommended to anyone who is looking for peace of mind because you will hear things break people scream and shout loud parties at nights
