We have two green self serve machines in my shop, always empty bins. Key things we need everyday as welders and mechanics. Scanning urgently needed does nothing. Asking the rep who fills them does nothing. We are at a stand still constantly. I would never recommend thier services to anyone! We currently have 7 empty bins in one machine!

We have a very large national account with Vallen and this is the first and last time I’ll deal with the Leduc store. The service was atrocious by the rep who picked up the phone. She should be in the back picking orders and not dealing with customers. In the future, I will go out of my way to use another location.
