Buyer and seller beware!!!stay away from this firm!. This is mostly a family owned business and they don’t have your best interest in mind. Paula is protected by her father and they have no idea how to treat their clients. Paula is unqualified as an agent and messed up my sales transaction for my 600k condo!. I then filed a complaint with the residential board. She went through my mortgage records and recklessly game me advice which was wrong. I ended up having to pay over 10,000 in IRD interest rate differential in my sale and Paula and her father did not care or own up to their mistake. She told me when I put my place up for sale that I would not have to pay anything if I sold my place after having an agreement with my mortgage.
Company. . This company will do anything for a sale and I’m warning anyone that thinks of dealing with these red necks to stay away!!! They are inexperienced and incompetent and Daddy and husband protect inexperienced Paula.
Paula - you know who I am. I filed a complaint about you with 2 real estate boards. You suck and don’t care about your clients unless you get their money. I would give negative stars if I could!!

I'm glad I found Paula Roughton at the beginning of the search for my 1st home. It was quite a journey of over 6 months for us both me and Paula to look for my dream house within my budget.
