I moved in 3 month ago from mctavish apartments which they also own it took 3 month for them to give me my deposit back from that place I now live at pacific ave when we signed our lease they said pets were allowed and on the lease it also says it I now I have a dog and the manger who is incredibly rude is saying pets are not allowed so I forced to have my dog stay with my sister if I would have known that I wouldn’t have signed that lease she making it extremely impossible for me and my boyfriend they said they would give me an apartment at mctavish since pets are allowed there I said I wanted to use my deposit that at the time I hadn’t gotten back as part of the security deposit she said our accountants handle that we will give it back so you can give it back to us the next day she told me she gave the apartment away no warning no nothing the manger is extremely rude I know a lot of people who also live in they’re building and they can all say the same thing about her she’s really disrespectful and they’re excuse is that they have to be

Property Manager was very rude, it is also impossible to get a hold of the owner. They would not respond to my emails or calls about giving my security deposit back, which I was told numerous times I would receive. Had to go to the office in person and even then, they said they could not give me it since they did not have their cheque book. Took them almost two months to give me it back. Though I am sure if I was not as persistent as I was and had not told them that I would take legal action if they did not pay me back, they would have happily not given it to me.

The owner lady was extremely rude when we asked to get stuff fixed from the previous tenant. Never fixed it and then when we moved out charged us for all damages and stuff missing. I signed off on certain things when moving out then when we were waiting for our deposit back they sent a different one that I did not sign off on with stuff on there that was not found or discussed when leaving. Would not recommend staying in these places.

Tried a few times to book a viewing that was listed as available.

Viewing was rejected a few times.

An admin reached out to me telling me the property I tried to apply for is available for viewing and to try booking through the site, unprompted()

Followed by another rejection of booking a viewing.

Tried to call and got voicemail with no returned calls.

Unfortunate.

It is the most worse property management company I ever experienced.
They never fix any problems,but they always lie to you.
The lady is very rude and the manager is very unprofessional.
Please stay away from their apartments.
Waste time and money.

Budget house with lots of unfixable problems problems , from bugs to security deposits. House got old age heating system so big hydro bills . The house had bugs when we entered and grown over three months and when we inform the guy who manages (may be the owner).and he replied that we have arrange pest control thing at our own cost. The owner and management dont give a F after you entered into lease , so basically no support after that and probably after your security deposits. No dishwasher. we wanted budge house end up in paying double and less than premium houses in brandon
