Dealt with Michelle today and this was the most unfriendly, unhelpful person I’ve ever experienced. Cold as ice. For anyone renting from 35 McKnight street, better ask about your deposit. They claim to have no record of them. This management company is horrible to deal with. They do not care about you as a human, you are just funds to them. They are claiming to have no record of my security deposit even though it’s written in my lease that it was paid. Only telling me this information after the apartment was THOROUGHLY cleaned for days in order to get my deposit back. Not only that, the woman MICHELLE was extremely unkind and unfriendly.

I live at 35 McKnight In Fredericton. Since taking over two months ago, Van Wert property management Has made significant improvements to the
cleanliness of the building inside and outside. Also, a drip under my kitchen Sink Was fixed in about an hour and a half. I thought it would be a couple days, Very Impressed with their service.

Was living in an apartment that is a month to month lease. Vanwart buys the building we let them know we were looking to move out and if we could move out sooner rather than give a full 30 days they say that’s fine. It’s all in a email and the date is confirmed twice. now they are saying we need to give them another months rent after we have moved out even though they confirmed it was okay. The building is in disrepair and the whole building is full of black mold that they weren’t planning on getting rid of since they are saying they messed up the dates and need someone in already. There is mold coming up though the walls in the closets and through the ceiling. And that’s on the third floor. Have already confirmed the basement apartments have black mold all through the walls as well.

VanWart was extremely helpful and accommodating to me throughout the whole process of renting out a new apartment. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend VanWart to anybody looking for a good deal on great properties.

To anyone who wants to rent be advised they will not give you an explanation they find reasons to keep your damage deposit and if need any help with anything always excuses to not help and if any problems with anyone in the building they could care aless.. don't rent from this company .

I think van wart is very well represented,in past years had a chance to work for and rent from I always was treated with the best services
