Recently, we hired Negar to help us to rent out our apartment in Vancouver. She is professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. She helped us to set price for the rent and suggested us to clean and paint several areas.. After that she posted the advertisement on several websites and showed the apartments to potential tenants.
She is hard working person. Even weekend, she still answered the question from tenants and myself. After her hard working for 2 weeks, we found the very good tenant in my apartment. Negar also looked after the moving process and ensured everything were smooth. I am happy to recommend her if you are looking for property manager.

Choosing Negar as our property manager has been the best decision. My family and I were shocked at how quickly Negar was able to lease both of our properties to great tenants. There is no question that Negar has mastered the art of marketing. She made sure to verify each candidate and rented the units to tenants that we are very happy with. And since then, we have been at ease as she manages the units and works with our tenants if issues arise. From both our end and our tenant’s end, there have been no complaints in regards to Negar’s management. Negar is extremely professional and is easy to communicate with. She is very knowledgeable with the Vancouver market and knows the ins and outs of property management. She also ensures that both the landlord and tenants are happy.
