This is the first apartment I have lived in , in over 40 years and I think I’m spoiled with Kelly the resident manager.
From the first day, she made me feel at home and secure here.
Kelly has resolved and kept all the residents safe during power outages etc.

Since moving into The Vantage in October 2024 we have shared our concerns regarding the visitor parking. There is no enforcement by Devon and residents who do not wish to pay for on-site parking freely park there for days at a time. Six months later, and the problem persists. Often there are no spaces for true visitors.

Pretty epic! Brand new and pet friendly. Managers and lease spectialists were great, responsive and very welcoming when moving in. Very happy with the new move!
