Where do we even begin. We thought the process of selling our home was simple, it turns out there is a lot more involved in the process than we thought. We received a ton of interest in our home, and were so grateful for Amanda's guidance and expertise while negotiating in a multiple offers scenario. We truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. She worked so hard to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. We were also very impressed at how herself and her agency laid out the process for us (e.g. what happens next, checklists for closing etc.). She had amazing recommendations as well for various professionals, including staging, professional cleaners etc. We couldn't recommend Amanda enough if you are looking for transparency, and an experienced agent who knows their stuff. My wife and I decided to buy a condo in Kelowna for our 2 girls to stay in while they go to school. We were absolutely lucky to have Amy helping us with the process because not only was she very knowledgeable about the Kelowna market,but she was also very professional in her interactions with us. She was very thorough in her research on every property we viewed which made us feel at ease with such an important buy. She went over and above in accommodating the tight timeline we had given her and lined up everything from lawyers to insurance for us which took quite a burden off our shoulders. Buying a place when you are out of province is quite anxiety inducing but thankfully Amy guided us through all the steps, taking time to explain anything that seemed complex to us. We were also appreciative of the post-purchase support she gave us and the girls as we navigated setting up utilities etc. This was a truly smooth process, and it's unusual to say that with a lot of service experiences nowadays.
