We’ve been working with Ezra and his team for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I had a very disappointing experience with Kelli as a property manager. She was consistently passive-aggressive and demonstrated a concerning lack of knowledge about the lease agreement, the property, and basic tenant rights. On several occasions, she provided inaccurate information—attempting to deny our right to sublet or assign the lease, and trying to charge us fees that were not outlined in the agreement. When I pushed back and cited the lease terms, she admitted she "just didn’t want to deal with" an assignment and preferred to charge us $500 instead. If I didn’t work in the industry and understand my rights, I likely would have been taken advantage of.

Additionally, when we moved in, Kelli initially agreed to give us early access to the vacant unit, only to backtrack last-minute and demand extra payment for the days she had already approved—creating unnecessary stress. Overall, it felt like she prioritized convenience over professionalism, and I would not recommend renting a property under her management.

Lindsay Anderson and her team were such a pleasure to deal with from start to end. Communication was easy and they were always on top of any issues with the unit. WARNING: Proceed with Caution When Dealing with Vantage West Property Management

I feel compelled to share my experience with Vantage West Property Management, as I have serious concerns about their practices. While the company may present itself as professional, my interactions with them have raised many red flags regarding their treatment of tenants and landlords and the residential tenancy laws.

Over time, I’ve come across numerous reviews that criticize their business practices. While many of these reviews have been removed when VW flag them and manipulate the system, the consistent negative feedback paints a concerning picture. In my opinion, the company’s actions feel more focused on profit than on providing fair and transparent service to tenants or landlords.

One particular concern I have is related to privacy. Based on my understanding, there are reports and discussions about the company potentially using spyware tools to monitor communications without consent. Additionally, I have heard from others that there have been instances where surveillance cameras were installed on properties without acknowledgement and approval from tenants, which raises questions about the company's respect for privacy and consent.

These actions are criminal and could potentially be in violation of privacy laws, and I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering doing business with Vantage West to proceed with extreme caution carefully and ensure they are fully informed about the company’s questionable practices.

For anyone who values their privacy and wants to work with a property management company that treats tenants and landlords fairly, I would suggest looking into other options. My personal experience and the stories I've heard and read from others have made me hesitant to ever recommend Vantage West to anyone.

It’s clear that your company is fully aware your usage of tracking tools that infringe on tenant privacy, potentially violating privacy laws. Now, these issues have been exposed in a Google review. Naturally, your response is just another attempt to deflect and cover up the truth—an all-too-familiar smoke and mirrors routine. Spare us the deceptive excuses, Vantage West,
and start abiding by the law.
