I live next to one of the construction sites of VC Management Inc. I witnessed the entire building procedure from tearing down the old houses, digging and forming two level underground parking, to raising and completing a beautiful four story building.
The project was well managed; the job site has been kept clean and tidy; the construction noise was limited according to the city bylaw; all staff working around the neighborhood were very respectful and friendly. In the beginning, the water supply for the construction was from my house, and the plumber always tried to minimize the impact to our garden and yard. To my surprise, the company even reimbursed me for my help to them!
