Dr.Omar is the best doctor we’ve seen ever. My partner has been experiencing hearts problems for years and no hospital or doctor would take him seriously. But Dr. Omar has went above and beyond so far to help, even with just 1 trip to the er it’s has been the most anyone in the health care industry has ever done!

1. when someone dies they go to the nearest place or heaven that utilizes going there while being safe and healthy for their type of being.

2. When someone dies and there's no available places or heavens for them to go that utilizes going there while being safe and healthy for their type of being then they adopt a type of age that has done has more good more then bad for their type of being.

3. When someone has too much problems that can't be solved they stay dead untill there's a place or heaven that they can go to that solves their problems for their type of being.

Avoid for work injuries. They won't give any info over the phone. Some doctors require 150 CASH to fill out forms. Dr Louw is excellent but only one of 3 and they won't tell you if he's in. They won't even tell you if a doctor is in the building.

I understand that going to an "emergency room" can come with some wait times, however the Vermilion Health Centre's wait times are ridiculous. I have been multiple times with my toddler daughter and we have waited hours to be seen because there was no doctor present in the building. Last night, 31 July, I took my boyfriend in for chest pain and numbness/tingling in his limbs. You would think that exhibiting symptoms like that would get you seen a little quicker than normal as it could turn out to be quite serious....not the case for us. Sat & waited for almost 5 hours for the doctor to tell him to take a multivitamin and send him on his way.... I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure a multivitamin is not the answer to CHEST PAIN! In the 3 years I have lived in the Vermilion area, I have kept trying to give this health centre chances, thinking that we might be taken seriously, but it's always the same. A long unnecessary wait, no answers to our symptoms or issues, and to be sent along on our way still feeling the same way we did when we came in. Last night was unfortunately my family's last straw and in the future, we will be making the drive to either Wainwright or Lloydminster to receive better care, as I have no faith or trust in the staff in Vermilion anymore. The nurses can be great, but they definitely don't keep quiet when at the nurses station which is right outside the patient rooms, you can hear gossiping and joking around while patients sit and wait uncomfortably in pain. Unfortunate for our small community to not have a good level of care available to us.

Although the staff are friendly, the actual medial care is very lacking, and the waiting times are atrocious. My husband has been there quite a few times over the last 15 years, and several times when he was in with broken bones they have sent him home with no instructions to have someone else drive him and basically told him to just deal with it, including the time that he had a broken neck and back! Then the following day called him back in saying that "it was worse than they thought".
Our most recent experience was his leg being broken in 2 places, and them sending him home, even though he needs surgery, with only a half/makeshift cast which resulted in his leg getting offset and worse, now requiring another trip to another hospital the following day...

We are soooo lucky to have a facility like this in our area. My husband and I been multiple times and always had the best care. ER times are quick compared to bigger places. We've had ultrasounds, x-rays, cardiograms, blood work, been in ER and even been able to see a consultant here that visits from Red Deer. Despite Covid 19 the hardworking reception staff, cleaning crew, radiologists, technicians, nurses and doctors have been caring, reactive to my problems and honest. It's refreshing to be treated like a person instead of just a number... Thank you all!

The doctors and nurses in this hospital are incredible! My boyfriend and I made an emergency stop here while passing by after I started experiencing unbearable abdominal pain. The second I stumbled through the door they put me in a wheelchair and moved me to an office. The doctors were polite and gave me something for the pain almost immediately. The nurses made taking a blood sample very quick and painless. It feels odd to say, but this was the best hospital experience I've ever had; I cannot thank the staff enough.
