La villa est un enchantement, en été ou en hiver. Bien équipée et luxueuse, c’est l’endroit parfait pour se réunir en amis , ou pour célébrer un événement spécial avec son amoureux .

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans ce chalet et notre expérience a été EXTREMEMENT décevante. Malheureusement, rien ne fonctionnait correctement pendant notre séjour, ce qui a grandement impacté notre confort.

Tout d'abord, le spa était dans un état DÉPLORABLE. Il était tellement sale que nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser du tout. Il y avait une couche épaisse de saleté qui s'était accumulée, ce qui rendait l'eau totalement inutilisable. Quand nous avons contacté les propriétaires pour leur faire part du problème, ils nous ont tout simplement accusés d'en être la cause. Cependant, il est difficile de comprendre comment une telle crasse aurait pu se former aussi rapidement, remettant ainsi en question leur accusation SANS FONDEMENT.

De plus, le lave-vaisselle était également hors service. Nous avions prévu de cuisiner et de profiter de notre temps au chalet, mais sans un lave-vaisselle fonctionnel, cela s'est transformé en corvée désagréable de devoir laver la vaisselle à la main après chaque repas.

Le wifi ne marchait pas du tout. Malgré nos multiples tentatives pour le réparer. Cela a été particulièrement frustrant, car le site mentionnait en avoir.

De plus, les chambres étaient extrêmement SALES. Nous avons été confrontés à une infestation d'araignées autour des lits, ce qui rendait notre séjour inconfortable et peu hygiénique. Il était évident que le chalet n'était pas correctement entretenu et que des mesures appropriées n'avaient pas été prises pour prévenir de telles situations.

En fin de compte, nous avons été tellement mécontents de notre séjour que nous n'avons même pas utilisé l'intégralité de notre réservation. Nous nous attendions à un séjour agréable et reposant, mais cela s'est transformé en un cauchemar dû au manque d'entretien et de services fonctionnels.

Dans l'ensemble, nous ne pouvons pas recommander ce chalet. L'expérience désagréable que nous avons vécue, avec le wifi et le lave-vaisselle en panne, le spa inutilisable et les chambres sales, indique clairement un manque de soin et de professionnalisme de la part des propriétaires. Il est préférable de chercher un autre hébergement qui offre des installations en bon état et un niveau d'entretien adéquat.

Un chalet incroyable dans Charlevoix, même pas à 1 heure de Québec.
Tout est parfait, en partant de l'architecture tout en passant par les chambres et la grandeur de l'espace de vie. Un must afin de passer des moments inoubliables entre amis/famille!

Juste parfait! Sublime chalet en pleine nature et avec tout le confort d'un grand hôtel. Très propre et avec un décor inspirant. Parfait pour décrocher et profiter de la vie!

Magnifique endroit, où il fait bon de vivre. Endroit inspirant, zen et ressourçant. Très spacieux et aucun problème pour cuisiner, beaucoup de matériel à notre disposition. Je le recommande à tous !

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this cottage. It was far from the idyllic retreat I had hoped for. To start, cleanliness was a serious issue. The moment we entered, it was evident that the place hadn't seen a proper cleaning in ages. Dust and grime were everywhere, and the overall state of disrepair was shocking.

Moreover, the cottage was a mismatch with its advertised capacity. It claimed to comfortably accommodate a specific number of people, but in reality, it felt like we were sardines in a can. The living space was cramped, and there weren't enough beds or seating for everyone.

This was a significant letdown. When you rent a cottage, you expect a certain level of cleanliness and convenience. This place failed on both counts. I strongly advise against choosing this cottage for your getaway, as it's more likely to leave you frustrated and disappointed than relaxed and rejuvenated.

We rented out this place for 3 nights. The place when we got there was beautiful and looked perfect. However, we started having problems with the water the first night. Upon contacting the owners we found out the property runs off a well, and the well had gone dry. We were assured it would refill overnight. Saturday morning, out of the 8 people in the house, maybe 3 got access to water before it ran out - again. I emailed the owners, but since they were in Europe, they took time to get back to me which meant I had to spend the whole day there waiting for a reply. We came back from our hike Saturday to find that there was still no water and we had trouble functioning. Dinner was hard to cook, there was no water for cleanup, the toilets would not flush, and the power had started to go out. On Sunday, the owners had informed us there was very little they could do and would offer us a refund. We had to stay out and eat at hotels all day Sunday, we went back to the Villa to checkout early but the weather took a turn and since we lived 9 hrs away, we did not want to risk it. The power went out twice on Sunday. Monday was our checkout time, I informed the owners that we had stayed out of desperation and lack of options. They were understanding to a point but when I asked for a full refund, they only offered half. Water is an every day, living necessity. Without it, nothing can be done. So for the owners to still charge me half of my money seemed unfair. I understand we "chose to stay" but again, that was because we kept hoping for the water to be back and we had come so far. I couldn't clean the place, because there was NO water. I shouldn't have been held accountable for any cleaning costs. I am positive had I booked their Villa with Air BnB I would have gotten a full refund, however when I was e-mailing them, they said it would be cheaper to rent directly from them and even offered me a $100 dollar discount. I should have known it was too good to be true then. I am extremely disappointed, less about the money and more about this special time I had planned with my family. It's so hard to carve time for the people that matter and when you put in such effort and time, only to be misled and disappointed is heart breaking. I wish the owners had taken full responsibility for the water malfunction on their property. Water is a necessity. I would recommend future visitors to ask about the water situation. For a cottage that claims to support 15 people, the way it operated did not seem as if it would. Will not be returning or recommending to friends or family. Epic fail!
