Une visite incroyable. Un plaisir de déguster les échantillons de chocolat et de combiner les saveurs de votre ferme et des fleurs avec le cacao. Une variété de saveurs de chocolat et de boissons. On apprécie l'explication du processus de production et du but de la durabilité. Une connexion locale de ferme avec un produit international.

Marc et Molly nous ont offert une expérience de chocolat incroyable. C’était au-delà de ce que je m’attendais. Ils étaient généreux et très accueillants. Je recommanderai sans hésitation une visite

A great tour. A pleasure to enjoy the chocolate samples and combination of the flavours of your orchard and flowers with the caocao. A diversity of chocolate flavours and beverages. Appreciate the explanation of the production process and goal of sustainability. Nice connection of a local farm with an international treat.

I really loved visiting the farm! The chocolate experience was truly a special treat with so much information on chocolate and so much delicious chocolate to try. The farm its self was also so beautiful to see and walk through.

This is the second time enjoying The Chocolate Experience at Violet Grove Farms. I loved the first experience so much I brought my girlfriends for the "combo package." We spent an hour in the orchard learning about flower arranging with Molly, then making our own bouquets. We then met Marc in the cottage to learn about cacao and chocolate while indulging in delicious samples: pear, lavender, apple and rhubarb from the farm among other flavours. The best was the ceremonial cacao drink! I cannot recommend these experiences enough.

We have bought stunning bouquets from their adorable roadside stand, ordered the world’s best apples pies (sorry Cory) and now they have topped it by creating The Chocolate Experience. Marc and Molly are two of the nicest people you could ever meet ( wait until you meet their grown ‘kids’ )and they invite you into their farm and unique cacao experience. It’s fascinating to learn about all things chocolate! Also how they are incorporating their locally grown fruit into delicious cacao tasting treats and experiences. So much to learn and fun too. It’s a must see and do while visiting Victoria and the Saanich Peninsula.

Marc and Molly are superb hosts at their beautiful farm. Learn about the history of chocolate, taste their fabulous variety of chocolates and enjoy this special spot on the Saanich peninsula. This is a wonderful experience not to be missed!

Cannot say enough about the Chocolate Experience Tour at Violet Grove Farms. From a very warm welcome, to an informative fun chocolate history lesson, to a walk-about the orchard, all while enjoying a full array of floral, fruit and other favourite chocolate tastings .
And Ohhhh… the Ceremonial Hot Chocolate drink was heaven!
I had no idea what to expect, the tour did not disappoint and to top it off I brought home my two favourite chocolate tastings.

My friend and I recently attended the Chocolate Experience at Violet Grove Farm. I was not sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. Marc and Molly were wonderful hosts. Molly is the chocolatier and Marc gave an interesting talk about the history of cacao, and other aspects of what goes into a good chocolate. We sampled about 10 chocolates, some of which were made with infusions/pieces of fruit that are grown on the farm. Other chocolates included tamarind and pineapple. Oh so yummy. We also had a chance to go into the orchard itself. Samples also included raw cacao nibs, a drink made from cacao pulp (cold) and a hot drink made with chocolate and a variety of spices. Best of all you could have as much or as little of each as you wanted. Definitely a place for chocoholics like ourselves. One bonus surprise was that if you do the tour, you can purchase chocolate jars. Molly's delicious chocolates are sold in small mason jars - a cute take on a chocolate bar.
