I am very grateful to this business for helping me help my elderly parents move back to Brandon after a year of turmoil. They are settling into their wonderful new apartment in a 55 plus building. There were a few things that needed attention after they moved in and the maintenance was right on it.

I have been a tenant with Vionell Holdings for a number of years and my experience has been excellent. I left for a few months and when I came back, they were able to get me back into the same building I was in before. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly (fridge stopped working - new fridge the next day, A/C not working - fixed the next day), and the building I live in is quiet, even during the day when trying to sleep as a shift worker. The pool has always been really clean, the sidewalks are always clean from weather, and I love how green and taken-care-of the grounds are. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Great property management company. I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and I was able to view all the places I wanted to see that day! I found a place I loved and the Vionell Holdings staff made the application process a breeze. I would 10/10 recommend them to someone looking to rent 🙂

I myself stayed in Arbutus Place for a year and had no problems with the unit. Appliances were in good working order. The battery of the alarm has to be changed as it beeped constantly. Email maintenance and they were able to arrive promptly. Had the one entrance door to myself so it was convenient and didn’t have to pass by anyone. My only issue would be the neighbors as depending on them, in this case they were above me and were loud majority of the time, it can be frustrating. Every little step and conversation they are having you can hear. I would recommend VHP to implement a Quiet/After Hours policy. Overall, a fair experience.

the process of applying and finally moving into my new place was pretty seamless and the communication from the girls in the office was great. Love my place on Tracey Street and maintenance is super fast if there are any issues that need to be addressed 🙂

NOT ROOMMATE FRIENDLY, I’m giving it a 2 star because I’ve lived in the arbutus place apartments back in 2018-2019 which are managed by VHProperties and they were pristine, amazing & great for the pricing. Recently I’ve been looking to move & found this girl who rents from VHProperties. The JR Property Manager for the unit was going on vacation at the time we were inquiring about the unit (end of the month), and when she came off vacation (middle of the month) we started the application process and initially that meant that the girl who was renting from them would’ve been late for rent (she had been paying alone months before) and the JR property manager said that she wouldn’t be signing any funding forms because rent was late for that month, screwing all of us over. So be careful if you work seasonally and are looking into this company. I would have given a 1 star if I didn’t have such a good experience in 2018-2019
