Sayed helped us purchase our presale apartment. I know Sayed for quite a long time, not only as a neighbour but also a role model who inspires others to pursue their dreams. Over the past few years, I have observed how Sayed leverages his knowledge, skills, passion, and hard working to become a powerful tool to guarantee his success. His mindset is a key to first building up trust with his clients as a foundation of his business. Once there is robust trust between parties, doing business is as easy as it gets. With what being said, it was an easy decision for me to buy a pre-sale condo once Sayed has nicely put together a few packages with all pros and cons side by side that suit my need and budget. Buying or selling a property can be severely stressful which may result in failure at the end, however for me it was completely opposite. It was a sweet experience, which could not happen without a dedicated advisor who tries very hard to validate his client's concern and address accordingly to ensure satisfaction.
