Avoid them at all costs. My first winter in my unit I had one barely working radiator. They finally "tried" getting it to work at the start of this winter and I have yet to have a warm apartment. Heat is included in my rent yet they have yet to provide it adequately while I use a space heater on my own dime.
My unit had a cold shower for a short while and I mostly chalked it up to the weather cooling, but once my request was put it, it took about two weeks to have it fixed, equalling roughly one month without a hot shower.
Most notice of entries are exactly 24 hours before or slightly less than causing a lot of headache for time off work and planning for visits. I've personally had maintenance requests ignored or barely acknowledged.
I would recommend not dealing with Rebecca should you have the option. Karen seems much more personable and professional but the whole team needs some work as it seems especially for accountability regarding they have not shown any humility or humanity regarding our constant heat issues and scheduling issues.
I've never looked forward to an eviction but there's a first for everything I guess

When into my home without asking, took my rent money that I sent twice by accident I’m 21 years old and I cant afford life right now they would refuse to send it back said they were using over 700$ to throw out a dresser that is still there avoid them at all cost very unprofessional and will turn there back on there own mistakes, DO NOT TRUST!

I have a had a very short but negative experience with this company so far, they need entry to my home for an inspection of the heating system and this is absolutely no problem at all as they have given proper notice except it came with threat of the use of law enforcement. Honestly trying to intimidate a new tenant is completely laughable to me I bet that person felt very empowered as they wrote that message and I laughed my a$$ off when I read it. Honestly stay away from this company, so far they have lied and tried to force me to use an auto payment system requiring all of my banking information and it’s unlawful to do so, it’s section 108(2) of the act for those that don’t know I had to tell them three times that this was not happening. I have never had an issue with a landlord or management company until this very negative interaction. They need to learn some people skills and not treat everyone like they are all powerful because at the end of the day they are just money collectors that do small maintenance jobs.

Heat is included in my rent. I haven’t had heat since I moved in last September. I requested dropping the rent to help pay for my hydro bills for running heaters and also just because it’s an extreme price to not have what was promised.

We now have a cockroach issue due to them leaving water flooded downstairs for weeks.

Impossible to work with. Don’t compensate for missing work when their one and only maintenance guy can’t be flexible and come at proper hours. He uses YouTube videos to help him fix issues that never end up being fixed.

I’m not one to be difficult but they leave me no choice unfortunately.

Do not recommend using for a smooth renting experience 🙁

We have been with vision property management for about a year now and they are such amazing people. We have any problems they are right there to help. I highly recommend working with vision property management I have never had such amazing and caring landlords!!!

I rented an apartment for a year, in the center, a very noisy and inconvenient place, and a very old house with 4 apartments, neighbors everywhere. We found another place to live (we have 2 months left) and found other tenants, they are feeding us breakfast, and they will re-register everything. They don’t want to return for the last month, although they found the person, everything could have been processed by the 1st. Today is already 13, half a month of my money is down the drain. although other people could live. We are a family from Ukraine, from the city of Mariupol, we lost our homes and are starting a new life in Canada, thanks to your country, we have been living here for a year now, and we believe and know that there are more good people here than not so good ones. We have three children, and it’s as if this money is not extra. It's a shame that this is such a service.We are grateful to you for your help in helping us find housing and taking us to 2 sites. Thank you. I don’t see a problem, I’ve been writing since April that we want to find new housing because it’s not comfortable with children. We moved in November. and there was every chance to accommodate another person. It’s just that no one told me that she wasn’t suitable, you know how many people come and I could find someone else, but you consider people for 2 weeks, everything was quick with me. within a week we moved. thank you for everything . but the fact that your assistant led me by the nose for more than a month is very unpleasant.

Very quick to respond to problems and in a timely manner. My husband and I were very happy with them as landlords. The apartment was clean and well cared for.
