I recently had a renovation of one apartments ceiling drywall and crown moulding and paint completed by Visture Property Group. I was very impressed! The group kept me informed from start to finish about all aspects of the work. Work began right away after agreement and was finished on schedule. The crew was respectful and fun to work with! The building and yard were kept cleaned up and picked up. Everyone and everything was safe during the work. The other tenants of the building had little personal interruption. Work hours were normal 8-5 no late or early interruptions or weekends involved. It was a pleasure overall from start to finish. Really an awesome experience! Thank you Tracey, Paul and the rest of the crew!

Just became a new tenant and they were great during the rental application process. The apartment and other renters have been great, they have embraced me as family at the building. Had a few typical issues that needed fixing in my unit, response was prompt, David was amazing very knowledgable, respectful, and willing to help with other issues that were not on original work order, which in the end is a smart move for saving time and trips to fix things. He is also willing to answer any questions that people may have about what he is doing. Give this guy a raise 😉 look forward to staying here long term!

I have been a tenant of Visture for roughly 2 years and have never had an issue. They reply to my messages within 24 hours and when I had a flood in the house they dealt with it promptly. It’s nice to have a peace of mind dealing with a management company who gets things done and is responsive. Definitely will keep renting through them!

I dealt with eternally optimistic, ever smiling Rob Hermann and he excelled. Rob listened carefully and tuned in to my budget, my taste and my priorities. He got three quotes on every job and never compromised workmanship for price although we came under budget. I had a house from bare rafters to finished product in ten weeks. Everyone is pleased with the finished product.

I saw a posting on kijiji for a property I was interested in possibly renting, therefore I texted the phone number provided. At no time was I provided the company name or the person's name whom I was texting with, I was just told to complete an application. So you want me to provide you with all of my personal information just to be considered to VIEW a property that I may not want to rent anyway, wasting a lot of time and efforts for both of us? Landlords: this is a very sketchy process, and you are limiting the pool of potentially good tenants by asking for personal information upfront. Had I been given an opportunity to view the property and then decided I was interested, I then would have immediately completed your application and paid you my first and last. But I'm not 'applying' to view the space, as I don't feel comfortable giving my personal information upfront to such an unprofessionally run business.
