lived here for a year. Daryll the strata manager is terrible to deal with. my vehicle was broken into and had thousands of dollars of tools stolen from it while living there and they refused to help although everything was on camera, they were terrible at responding to concerns I had, etc.
location isn't great, being by the lake is nice but a lot of loud people living here as well as crime in the area.

suites themselves were nice however quite small.
couches are very cheaply made and are uncomfortable.
The property management company I dealt with (Real Property Management) weren't great Either, they took an entire month to refund my security deposit, They never returned calls and were slow in their process of doing things.

although, Andrew at real property management was great to deal with, no issues with him.

overall experience was not good hence why I left.
not recommended.

Vita Resort is absolutely amazing. Located in a serene and picturesque setting across from Okanagan Lake. We love waking up to the stunning views and enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water.
Whether you're looking to relax or explore the surrounding area, this is the perfect getaway. Vita Resort is a hidden gem and I can't wait to return.

My partner and I have enjoyed staying at the top floor unit the Tiny Anchor Loft twice now and are excited to come back this summer. Immaculately clean and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pickleball court and would spend the evenings walking the beach strip.

Even with just a passing glance, Vita Resort Apartments left a lasting impression on me. The exterior exudes charm and elegance, hinting at the luxury that lies within. From the meticulously landscaped grounds to the modern architectural design, every detail showcases a commitment to excellence. Though I only glimpsed the exterior, I could sense the tranquility and comfort that awaits inside. The location near the bus station adds an element of convenience for travelers like myself. Vita Resort Apartments piqued my interest with its beauty and prime location by the Okanagan Lake, making it a destination worth exploring further.

Stayed 3 nights in #304. Lots to rave about - the unit is so clean and well organized. You don't really need for anything. We were here for a pickleball tournament which was a 7 minute walk away. The complex also boasts a pickleball court for us to warm up on. Tomas the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

A beautiful well-kept facility. Our room wasn't big but nice. We had a room with a bed, kitchen, living room, washing machine and a bathroom and a balcony. But it is well furnished and has everything you need. It was clean and tidy. We had our own parking lot, and the lake was only a 5 minute walk away. At the lake was a free beach available. I can only recommend it.

VITA ON THE LAKE--TOP FLOOR SUITE #519
Unit 519 is a very compact but very well organized and modern apartment. The appliances are top of the line and all other equipment very excellent in meeting all our needs and ability to live there very comfortably. The toiletries were top notch (mostly Saje products!!), very fragrant and uplifting. The king bed is very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and pillows. Although we did not get a chance to use the paddle boards or kayak, they would be a tremendous addition in the summer months. The outdoor heated pool, pickle ball court and both ensuite and on floor laundry were just added bonuses. If you book Unit 519, you will not in any way be disappointed. Had a great week!!
