We hired Vleeming to do a challenging renovation. It was a conversion of an attic to a bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette which included difficult engineering, construction and spiral stairs access. We knew, from references and seeing previous work, that Vleeming would meet our expectations for quality. From our first meeting through to the end, we were in constant communication. The stages were explained to us in detail and the construction schedule was followed accurately. At each stage, invoicing was clear and precise. We loved the online platform that allowed us access to all details. All the staff were continuously involved and ,during renovations, came up with good solutions to problems and great suggestions for improvements. Carlo provided many pictures throughout the duration of the renovation. During budget discussions in the beginning, each cost aspect was explained in detail and left us with no questions. We suggested some changes along the way and they were made without any issues and pricing was always quoted accurately beforehand. The framers and sub contractors were great to work with. The final outcome surpassed our expectations and we know that some of the construction went over and above building code requirements. All materials used were of good quality as well.
You may think that they are expensive but to us, Carlo and his team are worth every penny. There were no unexpected payments to be made, the quality is excellent and you just can't put a price on "peace of mind".

I purchased my home from Vleeming in the fall 2019. Carlo and Jessica were so wonderful thru the whole process of my purchase. They have taken care of every detail in building this home. The standard practices and workmanship is far above the others and it shows in every detail.
Over the past 4 years they have been here for me if I have any warranty issues or any concerns at all I always know they will help me out or guide me in the direction needed. Brandi in the office is a gem to deal with. They are really like extended family.
I feel truly blessed to own a Vleeming built home.

My wife and I just had our one year build anniversary meeting with Carlo to discuss any concerns/issues we were experiencing with our Vleeming home. We did not have much to say but knew full well that if there were concerns, we would be in good hands with the Vleeming team. This is the kind of experience we have had stemming back to our initial custom build meeting. We told Carlo what we were looking for and and he gave us honest and realistic feedback for what could be accomplished based on our budget. There were no false promises or fluff to get us to sign on with them. Any issues the team ran into with material or appliance availability was met with a fair or better option. We knew there was nothing we would be offered that lacked quality. This is actually how we ended up with our prized wood stove. There was never a moment where corners were cut. We would recommend Vleeming construction to our friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a company that exudes integrity and fine craftsmanship. Thank you Carlo, Jessica and their team for providing us a home that is build to last.

Loving our new custom-built home from Vleeming. Went with ICF basement and ICE wall construction and are already reaping savings on our utility bills! A custom build is more expensive but the quality and attention to every little detail inside and out is worth it. We would heartily recommend Carlo and his team to design and build your dream home too!
