This guy is actually awful. So sneaky and snaky and willing to use every loop hole possible to take advantage of buyers. Purchased a home from him where he boasted about the brand new mini barn worth thousands of dollars that was just added to the property, then pushed out pre closing walk through to literally the last possible second (the morning of closing). When we arrived to look he had REMOVED the barn from the property and refused to do anything about it saying it was a “mistake” when he mentioned it as an added value to the home. When we insisted it be taken back or the value deducted from the cost of he home he said he would rather walk away from the deal, which would have left us paying several thousand in lawyers fees and inspection fees for nothing.
Do not trust this man. He will take advantage of buyers, and probably sellers, in any way he can and is clearly only concerned about himself and making more money. Literally a con man taking advantage of people just wanting a place to live. I would recommend running the other way on any home associated with him in any way.
He single handily ruined my opinion of Remax and is quite obviously a terrible business person and completely untrustworthy.
