I read some reviews about this place, but here’s some things I wish I knew before going to this swimming pool:
You can’t bring your own food, there’s a tiny concession that you can buy burgers, hot dogs, but not one single healthy/nutrition option to buy from… there were like four people in the line in front of me and I waited one hour to order. The staff members don’t seem to be in a rush or bothered by any line ups.
They don’t allow you to bring any kind of lawn chairs or beach chairs, there’s no many spots to seat either and very little shade throughout the space.
If you come from afar, it might not be worthy as the space is very limited and there’s always a line up, you might be sent away if they reach capacity . But It is fun for the kids as the pools and slides are nice and there’s a waddling pool for the little ones.

We had an incredible experience at the Vulcan pool recently for a birthday party. The venue itself is awesome!! Offering a wide range of thrilling activities for kids. From the two waterslides to the exciting climbing wall over the pool and diving board, there was no shortage of fun and adventure. Although we were slightly disappointed that the spray circles, hot tub and concessions were not open during our visit, it didn't dampen our spirits or hinder our enjoyment in any way. We left with lasting memories and a desire to return in the future. I can't wait to revisit this remarkable space and create more unforgettable moments!

It's a beautiful new pool and spray park. Plus a sand volleyball area and gazebo.
The water is at a nice temperature so is not a shock to get in. The hot tub is nice and the slides are fun.
The change rooms are co-ed, so it's great for families. The facility is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Floors are very slippery.

I almost don't want to a review because the place was so great and I want it kept a secret! We arrived on a Saturday at 1306hrs. There was a lineup but we got into the pool at 1330 so no problem. Change rooms are all individual stalls. As described, there is a hot tub, shallow area, deep end, diving board, climbing wall and 2 amazing water slides. Kids must be a certain height to slide alone fyi. There is a concession with eating area and spots around the pool to lay out your towel. The only downside is that you can't eat your own food on deck. There is also a skate park, sand beach volleyball court, gazebo, playground and neat splash park with a star trek theme! We had dinner at Mama's Pizza after! Enjoy!

We like to come here from Calgary. My younger kids enjoy it. I mean, it's pretty great. The pool is unique and fun, it has a climbing wall and a diving board. The deep end and shallow end are separate. There's a spray park outside and some spray stuff inside. And waterslides which are SUPER for the younger kids! My kiddos don't like slides but they enjoy these ones! It's rarely packed (at least not when I've gone, can't speak for the rest of the time). As well as a hot tub. And Vulcan is a cute little town to boot. What's not to love. Pro tip: Nanton is a fantastic stop on the way here! 🥰

Beautiful new outdoor pool with water slides, a splash pad, wading pool, in-pool climbing wall, and ample seating. Even has a concession on site for snacks! Great place to cool off on a hot day. There are beach volleyball courts out front too!

This facility is beautiful! But the management leaves much to be desired. On a thirty degree day we were turned away (along with dozens of other people) because they were “at capacity”. They were not, they were at ratio because they didn’t have enough lifeguards. I don’t know how many 30 degree days just expect between May long and Labour Day, but it seems like very bad management and business to turn people away on a hot, Sunday afternoon in August. Very disappointed.
