Here's a review based on my experience with realtors:

Over the 2 years, I've worked with several realtors, but my experiences have been quite mixed. Initially, I would simply contact the realtor listed with a property I liked, hoping they would assist us in finding our next home. Unfortunately, many of them seemed disinterested and disengaged. One realtor, in particular, made us feel like a burden. She often had her nose buried in her phone and lacked any enthusiasm for helping us. It was frustrating to see other realtors sitting around, seemingly waiting for another realtor to sell there house they have listed, to collect half the reward, rather than actively engaging with clients.

During this time, we had our house on the market, and not one realtor offered to show us other properties, which felt quite discouraging.

However, my experience took a positive turn when I came across Tanya Myatt's name on a property listing. From the moment we reached out to her, Tanya was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find our next home. Tanya made the house-hunting process enjoyable and stress-free, always answering our questions promptly and thoroughly. Her enthusiasm and dedication truly set her apart from the others.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tanya Myatt as a realtor. She has earned the top spot on our list and is, without a doubt, the best realtor I've ever worked with. If you're looking for someone who cares and goes the extra mile, look no further than Tanya Myatt!
