One of the few wallmart in Canada where truckers could stop and get some groceries and park overnight. Whenever I go to lethbridge I always stopped here to get some groceries grab coffee from tims and park overnight. Looks like they all just want the stuff to get delivered but no respect for truckers. 12th straight day on the road and now this. Thank you wallmart for disrespecting truckers

I go in and there is 5 employees just standing by the entrance having conversation, this has happened multiple times. Do they not have a break or break room? I’ve also noticed funky smells coming from a few of them

I was in the store this evening. I have a disability so I used a scooter. When I was checking out, the staff was more concerned about flirting with a customer in self check out, she refused to get out of the way while I was struggling to cash out at the reg register. The stafc need training in disabilities. To be ignored and treated invisible was disgusting. Associate was in a long ugly denim skirt. Shouldnt be too hard for management to figure out who she is. 1/10.

Terrible. Sent a family member in with a return but Serena very rudely wouldn’t accept the return without a receipt. My purchase was clearly unopened and unused. I came back inside and a kind man did the return very professionally and kindly.
Serena makes the store look bad.

If I could leave minus stars i would I ordered from Walmart which is 10 minutes from my house i don't drive so I order online.i usually use Amazon but thought I would try Walmart big big mistake I ordered 2 things 5 days ago they just sent me a email saying it's delayed no reason why or how long it will be nothing.never again Amazon will get my money and I order alot .they just don't care

I'm a Hot wheel collector, I was going to purchase a Hot wheel premium which was surprisingly a rare one called a "chase" worth around 120$. I clicked a wrong button on the self checkout machine, they claimed "the hotwheel scan isn't right" they took it and claimed it needs to be checked with the stock management team. Never did I get it back. Pretty sure the manager knew it's value and took it for there own 🙄😡
