He was available to us but also gave us space when we needed to focus on other things. Even while on vacation, Warren was available to us and made arrangements for us to see homes. Most importantly, he knew the intricacies of a conditional sale well enough that we were able to acquire our home when we considered it to be unavailable. Highly recommended.

Wow really Wow! Warren Chase Is the real deal. We called him when it was time to sell moms home in Duncan. He was professional yet warm, gave great accurate advice and was humble. We ended up getting it sold very quick just before some changes in the market that Warren told us were going to happen, so glad we listened. In the end we even got more than we thought we would get. Oh and he was patient when my sister and 96 year old mum where having difficulty understanding the way the counter offers go and with multiply offers. Mum can be a bit head strong and Warren roles with it and we were able to pivot and still save the sale.
From start to closing Warren was a great communicator and we knew what was going on every step. He made a potentially stressful situation easy. We will be recommending Warren to everyone buying or selling.
