Nice looking apartment with paper thin walls and terrible staff. I had issues with them illegally entering my apartment as well as very loud dogs in the building they refused to do anything about. They refuse to work around any issues, even if they are the ones who caused the issue. For alleged luxury apartments the company feels like it is run by a bunch of lazy high-school kids who can't take responsibility for their actions. I have been to their office and all they do is make fun of residents complains while ignoring them.

Quick responses from mgmt company on questions and repairs. Lived here for almost two full years -- only leaving because bought a house. Loved the location, granite countertops, wood floors. Most tenants are either students or young professionals, so some noise on weekends but otherwise not bad. (Note that the walls are pretty thin, so you will hear your neighbors.) Since the building is pretty new, all appliances are up to date.

I love how easy it is to walk to the square, state street, and the public library. The apartment looks and feels nice. The staff has been friendly and responsive. The rooftop garden is a good spot to relax in the summer.

Rented a parking spot here over the summer and the management team was professional and wonderful to work with! Great facility and they were always very prompt in answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely rent from Washington Plaza again in the future.

The other review is accurate. This was my experience with them as well. Walls so thin I could hear my neighbor flush the toilet. Management unprofessional.

Nice location! Don’t park on the side of the building if you are visiting. Washington Plaza does not own the street level parking lot.

Great location and great amenities - would recommend. The building is newer so appliances are also newer, and I love having the gym attached.

It’s great to have a dog friendly apartment so close to downtown.
