Our group of five was shocked by our terrible stay and disappointed in the complete lack of customer service here.

After an uneventful first night, a major flood developed between our unit and the unit beneath us. Our stay was interrupted by maintenance technicians, who notified us that we would need to be moved to a new room once they started removing tiles and flooded one of our two carpeted bedrooms. Management ultimately refused to come assess the state of the room despite numerous requests to speak to someone in charge. There are multiple agencies involved in the management of this residence, and none wanted to accept any responsibility (Vacasa, VRBO, Waterhouse, Summit County Mountain Retreats). It seems that the ultimate responsibility lies with SCMR.

We were forced to stay in this unit for the remainder of our stay (several additional days) with random men in and out unannounced, soaked carpets, a partially non-functioning and deconstructed bathroom, fans running the entire time, etc. Management initially notified us nicer accommodations were available but we would have to pay additional money. As our complaints persisted, they notified us we would receive a refund - they ultimately offered us about $90 back on the worst $1,000+ weekend stay any of us has ever endured.

To make matters worse, we were treated with total disrespect throughout this ordeal. At one point we called the front desk to request more towels as their maintenance staff had used all of ours on the soaked floors. Their response was “we will see what we can do.” We were later handed a trash bag of towels.

Do not stay here if you want an enjoyable stay or value customer service. I should also mention they brought some pathetic room fans to address the entirely soaked carpets, which were still wet when we left. Moldy air anyone?

We come to Breckenridge monthly this time of year and will never again stay in this dump run by incompetent and rude people. Beaver Creek Resorts is much better for a similar price. We understood that the flood was an unavoidable disaster, but their response was simply inexcusable.

Our family recently stayed at this property for 5 nights. We had a two bedroom house. Cleanliness was top notch. Kitchen was excellent . So were the bedrooms and two bathrooms . Comfortable beds as well.
Two things I would change . The living room furniture is not very family friendly at all . The couch and two chairs are straight backed and rigid for family time after being on the slopes . No one very comfortable at all.
Also the staff at the Hyatt which runs the property is fairly helpful but not overly friendly or real appreciative. We are very frequent travelers and often have better treatment at regular hotels .
All in all though we would probably stay here again though. We appreciated being so close to all the action around and enjoyed the many amenities of the property.

Checked in at 3:00 pm and spent over an hour in broken elevator and were unable to reach our 3rd floor room from parking garage. Finally had my husband walk up 4 flights of stairs at 10,000 feet elevation to call elevator up so we can access our room with our luggage. Upon arrival to room, fridge was set to 77 degrees and hasn't cooled off at all in 2 hours so we have no ice or access to our food storage. It is now nearly 3.5 hours later and still have no elevator access or fridge. Front desk is trying to now move us to different unit that has elevator access and fridge. You do not get what you pay for/expect in this unit whatsoever. Total disappointment and we will be expected to be compensate when we are able to speak with manager when he is available on Tuesday.
Update It is now 7:30 pm, after checking in at 3:00 pm, we are finally settled in another room #5210. This new room, however, does not have 2 king beds that we actually paid for in room #5304. Since elevator is still not working, it is easier to walk up one flight of stairs versus 2. Our first night of vacation has been totally wasted and extremely frustrating, to say the least.

We had pretty apartments with awesome kitchen and design, nice fireplace. But, we didn’t like the view at all, when we were trying to change the apartment nobody didn’t help and were rude to us. Especially manager, she just didn’t want to talk to us even we were polite and nice. She was completely unprofessional

But, we liked the location. Close to mountains.
Parking is crazy, easy to be lost. We also didn’t like that pools were closed except the one where we had to go through the Main Street to get there. Otherwise, it was okay)

Beware of booking here, I see others have had similar issues. I go to Breck twice a year, winter and summer & booked my snowboarding winter vacay well in advance, unfortunately two days before my trip the cold winter ice storm hit with weather advisory saying not to travel and roads were not safe traveling conditions according to experts. This condo didn’t work with us in one bit, took our money, wouldn’t work with us on changing dates, refund, credit or anything. I would highly not recommend them or use them again!

Location was great, but when wifi TV doesn't work, even after maintenance tries to fix it, then that's a problem. We could barely get the DVD working. Two key light bulbs dead when arrived, so we had to stand on stools to switch out. Dishwasher broken. Good luck finding your way from the underground parking garage to your unit. Even a staff who helped us find our way admitted it's confusing to say the least. Again, the location is fantastic and far enough from main street for quiet. However, for the price, just disappointed overall.

BEWARE! I booked a reservation through booking.com. I received a email confirmation of one apartment with three bedrooms.My credit card was charged instantly in full (which I thought ot was very strange) When I called the property to confirm, guest service told me I reserved a two bedrooms apartment and told me since I had booked with booking.com to deal with them. So I called booking.com and they confirmed my reservation exactly as I did (3 bedrooms). So I conferenced both (booking.com and the condo property) on the phone and the guest service told not only that my reservation was for 2 bedrooms but it was also for a different address than what I had in my confirmation email. Even though the guy from booking.com confirmed everything I said about my reservation the lady from guest service denied everything. I honestly never faced a situation like this. I use booking.com all the time and never had any problems. I ended up canceling everything and had to find another place.

Great location. Nice and warm underground parking and one of the nicest front desk staff individuals I have encountered in 20 years named Elijah. This young man went way above and beyond to help in an emergency which is something you rarely see these days!
