Such a terrible and disgusting management. The lady at the front desk I think name is angle and other ladies my goodness they are terrible.
Want me to come to fort mcmurray just for the key fob when I am out for a vacation.
Outrageous and then told me that they will be entering the apartment as I am not in the fort mcmurray.
For Gods sake these receptionist and management is awful being there for 4 months nothing just stressful.

I've been living at Water's Edge for almost three years now, and I couldn't be happier! This place is truly a gem. The apartments are luxurious and offer all the modern amenities one could ask for. The staff are incredibly accommodating and have always promptly addressed any maintenance requests I've had. The community is friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home from day one. I can't imagine living anywhere else. Highly recommend Water's Edge for anyone looking for a top-notch living experience!

I’ve had a wonderful experience renting from this property! The entire process from the application to move-in was seamless. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The communication is excellent, and they make sure you’re fully informed every step of the way.

The apartment itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The modern amenities and design make it a very comfortable place to call home. I love the added bonus of the 24/7 maintenance team who are quick to respond if anything needs attention. It’s clear that they care about the tenants and the property.

Additionally, the location is ideal. It’s close to everything I need: grocery stores, restaurants, and even public transport. I really feel like I’ve found the perfect place to rent, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

Where to start... I was going to go with 3 stars.. but no.. I've re-evaluated.

Air conditioner was not working for 2 weeks. They sent a "tech" out multiple times with no success(they literally just turned the system on and left... hey... it's blowing hot air all the time...) So I did their job and figured out what was wrong. 20 minutes of troubleshooting (I do know condos inside out from work experience... but seriously maintenance is their only job at this point...) I figured out the hot valve was stuck open and told them as much... guess what... with this new magical information it was fixed in 2 days. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS.... anyways I did because I was dying trying to sleep in a 30C room, but how did none of your "expert trades people" not notice this one... seriously the plenum was hot to the touch even when the system was off.

Next, I just discovered this tonight... I wonder why my ice maker doesn't work in my fridge... I've got trays and am more than capable of filling them.... but if my fridge has an ice maker why doesn't it work.... See attached photo... pretty embarrassing guys. How is this acceptable?
