Wayne came recommended by family and definitely did not disappoint, as my apartment property had several factors going against it. The issues i had was a big roof leak and stalled repairs by the strata & the hired contractor; units with better views in the same building; being an out of town seller; and a major special levy coming up for the building.

Wayne was very helpful with dealing with the strata/property managers and the contractor, as i was not able to be there. Without him there to be on their case, i had spent months trying to get it resolved with the strata and contractor. Both were difficult to deal with. Wayne was also very direct, organized and communicated with me frequently via text or email. He is very easy to talk with and run ideas through. He is also good at suggesting options and getting 2nd opinions as well.

Before I decided to sell my home I asked Wayne for an assessment and evaluation of my property and he gave me a very in-depth and detailed written assessment. I didn’t list it right away but he occasionally checked in with me to see if I was still interested to sell. When I did decide to list he again was very thorough and made a concerted effort to find all the things about my property that would highlight and show value to a potential buyer.
