I rented an apartment through Bem Vindo ao Lar, and was looked after by Crystal and then Christina. They were both very attentive and helped me a lot every time I needed them! They were also very quick to respond and to find a solution that would solve everything for my arrival and that of my family in Canada. Edited to add.....this company should be shut down.
They are the most shady people ever. I was moving out and they not only took and left the property with my cogeco box they illegally changed the locks while i was away with a load. I could go on with the horror stories about this company but just know they will do nothing. The only thing important is money, they do give a damn about their tenants

I have had the displeasure of dealing with Paula Cortes.
She will not communicate with you she will do nothing that she says in fact.
The ad said washer/dryer in unit, they lied! Full use of the backyard, nope they lied! In fact,nothing is as the ad claimed!
This property management is based in China. They outsource to here. When I moved in, this place was disgusting. It's been a month and a 1/2, and nothing has been done fixed or taken care of. They will not communicate properly with anyone. They absolutely refuse to call you on the phone. I have had to spend a $1000 that I cannot afford on new tires because there were nails and screws in the laneway and it was claimed that it was taken care of.
