I appreciate the staff here. I was able to get and change an appointment with no problems. To get my prescriptions filled I called Walgreens and then spoke to someone in the office. It’s been different without Dr. Carson that’s why 4 stars,but today I spoke with Nikita Louis NP and she did my annual wellness evaluation. She was very friendly and thorough, making sure I understood everything. She took time to answer questions. I was very impressed with this knowledgeable and kind young woman. I wouldn’t mind working with her always but some issues need a doctor.
I left the office feeling well cared for.

Love the new staff , Nakita, Courtney, Ada.Ashley are amazing! Nakita is the best primary doctor I have ever had! She is knowledgeable, kind, and so loving! Her staff is absolutely amazing too! Best staff I have ever dealt with! I really love them all!!!

These reviews shock me. I have been a patient of Dr. Beth Carson since around 2010. I was also shocked when she sold her practice and then just left us all behind. Its on her, not the new providers at WellMed. I was going to seek elsewhere for a new provider because I was so nervous to start over, but I always say everything happens for a reason so I gave the nurse practitioner a shot.

Nurse P. Nakita is AMAZING. She is very patient, listens to EVERYTHING (including non-medical) and is VERY open to anything medical wise if I have any concerns. She spends all the time we need together to make sure all questions and answers have been met. I feel very comfortable with her enough to bring my now teenage daughter to see her. I fully trust her and her medical opinion. I just hope she doesnt ever leave! 🙂

The front staff I would give 4 stars. Nakita's assistant Asia I believe her name is, she is very kind but doesnt call back when she is supposed to for setting appointments.

I highly recommend Nakita!

My parents move here in January and started seeing Doctor Sarah Smith.
They have been so pleased with everything about the Trinity office.
Dr Smith is very caring and is working to help them with medical issues their previous doctor did not address.
Front desk is always so pleasant and helpful greets us with a smile every time.
And then there Ashley in the lab. I’m not sure how they found this gem but I sure hope they keep her.
She is perfect for the job, so friendly, professional and caring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beth's for many years (a decade)? Wow! She has always been attentive, thorough, and willing to listen to my concerns. Her staff are professional and caring. I have followed Dr. Beth throughout this crazy insurance maze, always choosing her as my primary doctor. Even though she relocated her office and I have to travel, she is still my preferred physician. I highly recommend her.

I'm sad to say I agree with most if the other posts. Find a different provider! The Carsen Family ran a superior business to new owners Wellmed. Doctors still coming and going. Most appointments are scheduled to see a nurse practitioner as opposed to your (New and Never met yet) doctor! Though the in-office experience is efficient, the care level is cold,antiseptic and rushed.

If you need your prescription refilled better get a start on that a month in advance. They drop the ball again and again. Say they called or sent script to the pharmacy, only to find out they did not. At annual only 45 days ago script was discussed and again at last tele visit, and I was told no problem. However it is a problem repeatedly. Now I have to go to the office and sign a release form! Really? So frustrating and annoying. Why can’t you just do your job?
Don’t bother with this practice. Searching for a new doctors office immediately.

Became a patient here when Carson Family practice sold to Wellmed. I am so over this place. Tried twice to contact by phone this morning and was on hold over 15 minutes each time. Never did connect.
Went in for appointment a few months ago and they forgot to tell me the doctor I was assigned to was gone and I had no appointment.
