My clients bought in both the single family houses and townhouse development. I found the sales team to be responsive, knowledgeable about the market, and highly professional. Values have skyrocketed in this neighborhood. Location is superb as it is directly across from Tsawwassen Mills and just a block to the ocean and boardwalk. The architecture and design are modern and kitchens are spacious. I recommend you visit the sales centre and ask for Tamara!

We put the deposit down Oct 2020. We love Tsawwassen neighbourhood. It's close to the mall, shops and Amazon warehouse (hoping to get my package faster :P) Also, friendly neighbourhood will be a good option to start a family.

It's being a long wait, but West Coast Estates and the sales team are very patient with our questions and being very transparent on the reason for the delay. They give us update when they can on the progress of the development. Very happy with the services and looking forward to our new home!!

Wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them, I put a down payment on a condo unit. Hadn't heard anything from them for 6 months and once I finally was able to get ahold of them I was informed that their plans fell through with the city. When I went in to look at the new plans they told me the unit price had gone up 40k and I would be able to get nearly as good of a unit choice. Talk about terrible business practices. Perhaps they should have made sure their plans with the city went through before offering presales on condos. Would not recommend doing business with these people as they care about their customers and their future investment very little.
