I'm very grateful to have gotten a residence at this apartment complex. The office was very polite and made sure to work with our needs and timeframe. The apartment is clean and cozy. Hi my son & I moved into West Haven Terrace Apartments Dec 1st . We had great experience with the property management 😊. They were very accommodating and first night we had problems with the dishwasher first thing the next morning maintenance was here and fixed the issue immediately we are very pleased with our new home 🥰

We have lived here going on 2 years! The best landlord we’ve ever had is Jess she is amazing to deal with very friendly and super helpful. She was away for abit and now she’s back !!! FINALLLLLLYYYY . The landlords before were very lazy and the landlords after were very rude.

Me and my hubby just retired and went on downsizing. We moved to West Haven Terrace supposed to be August 1, 2023 but they allowed us to move earlier...that's nice👍. The place has a friendly environment as well as the neighbors. The office staff, Jessica, Kingsley is very nice as well as, Jessie rhe maintenance guy.West Haven Terrace is a good place, clean and with access to some amenities. You can go for a refreshing walk from the building and around the area. There is also a nearby Park for your kids and pets to enjoy.. Thank you!

Amine, the new Site Manager makes sure the in and out of the apartment building looks clean, grass is well maintained. The underground parking is clean. Me and my husband are happy where we are ( although the tenants above us do lots of running and jumping, oh well that's apartment life especially tenant with small kids ).

We love our spacious apartment, well maintained 200 building, and the neighborhood very much, which is why the ongoing severe daily issues with excessive cigarette and pot smoke wafting into our apartment in 15 to 30 minute intervals around the clock from the units around us is so devastating. As tenants with diseases that are greatly impacted by second hand smoke, we shouldn't have to face medical emergencies within our own home caused by our neighbors, especially not when we specifically chose an apartment complex that promised us there was no smoking allowed in units or on balconies. Our multiple requests for help with this matter have either fallen on deaf ears within management or have been ignored by the tenants involved. And now, in a prolonged heat wave, it is dangerous to our health both to keep our windows open and to keep them closed. We are at a loss as to what to do and are very worried about our quality of life at this point, because even when we try to open our windows very late at night we are left choking on bad air within minutes. It is causing us a great deal of anguish.

There have been ongoing issues with record-keeping for underground parking assignments since we moved here a year ago in June 2023. However, the recent problem of suddenly losing our spot with no notice was quickly resolved by the new office administrators. Thanks to Aminee and Tatinder.

Beyond the issues mentioned above, the property is well-maintained. Cameras are strategically placed, hallways are well-lit, and public spaces are regularly cleaned. Lawn care is consistent. We haven't encountered any issues with insects, cockroaches, or rodents in our unit. I guess individual tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their units and disposing of garbage regularly to prevent such problems.

The main garbage bins are regularly emptied, and new tenants undergo proper identification screening. Regular safety communications and advisories are provided. The acoustic insulation between walls is excellent; we can't hear our neighbors, even with children. However, the insulation from the upper floor is somewhat lacking, especially when the tenant above us uses washing machine or dryer past 10 PM

Regarding rent, our rent increased by around 8% from last year. With the current inflation situation, it will be hard for tenants to keep up, as income definitely don’t increase by 8% year over year.

Based on our personal experience, we have had a positive overall experience with this property.
