Westbank has built some of the most iconic buildings in Vancouver. They add a flair of interesting architecture to the otherwise repetitive city skyline. I was a tenant at their Pendrell building in the West end, and really enjoyed my stay there with the high end quality and building amenities. The management team was also friendly and quick to response.

Westbank has developed some incredible homes and buildings. I lived in Telus Garden Residences for multiple years, and it was a beautiful, high quality development with great amenities. It is exciting to see all the innovative new developments across the city, like Butterfly, Oakridge and Senakw. These projects are sure to stand-out for their exceptional design and sustainability.

If I could give Westbank Corp. ZERO stars, I would. As a tenant in one of their buildings, I have experienced nothing but frustration, neglect, poor communication and sheer lack of safety. The building itself is falling apart (even though it is less than 5 years old), with constant maintenance issues that are either ignored or take forever to get fixed. From broken elevators to broken front doors, it feels like they have no regard for the comfort or safety of their tenants.

The management team is rude and unresponsive. Every time I try to address an issue, I either get no response or an empty promise that “it will be taken care of.” Spoiler alert: it never is. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal.

On top of that, they keep raising rents without making any improvements to justify the increase. The front entrance smells like urine and the security in the building is a joke. I’ve had packages go missing several times, and when I brought it up to management, they shrugged it off. The mailroom has been broken into countless times and the same can be said about the storage lockers!

If you’re considering renting from Westbank, RUN. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. You deserve better than this dumpster fire of a property management company.

Surely an imaginative and visionary developer with amazing office space and presentation of their incredible developments across Vancouver and worldwide. Recently sold our condo at W8th which was built by Westbank 11 years ago, and can't wait to move into the new Alberni by Kengo Kuma building.
I am truly impressed with this remarkable project. The architectural vision of Kengo Kuma shines through in every aspect of this building. What truly sets Alberni by Kuma apart is Westbank's unwavering dedication to quality construction even in challenging conditions. It's clear that this building is the result of meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. The fact that they did not compromise on the materials or construction in less than ideal circumstances is truly commendable.
I am eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to call Alberni by Kuma my home, knowing that it not only embodies exceptional design principles but also reflects a commitment to top-notch quality.
