Thank you Mike and Team at Westbow Construction. What started as a simple inquiry, turned into fast action and our concern being dealt with and completed in the blink of an eye. Your team was very easy to speak to and I would definitely recommend your company and services to anyone looking to buy/rent in the community. The quality of the work and the professional demeanour was what I'd look for when buying a new construction. Thank you so much to Kevin and Mike from the Westbow team who helped the Erickson‘s with their deficiencies list repairs on their home and were here on very short notice when we had a problem with the furnace, which was quickly repaired. They are respectful, kind, friendly, and on time. The help they gave was most appreciated. Also shout out to Josh. The HVAC person who helped with the furnace as well. Highly recommend them.all Thank you

HUGE shout out to love Alison and Mike at the Cedarbrook Customer Service team! First time homebuyers here and from start to finish, they’ve been kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Whether answering our many questions or offering timely updates, they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free while going above and beyond for us. You can tell they genuinely care about the community they’re helping build, and that kind of energy is contagious. So grateful for their support and Cedarbrook is lucky to have them!

Bought our Home from Westbow in the Elk Creek Estates project in Chilliwack. Love the house and have a great experience dealing with Westbow. We have had a few small issues as with most new builds and they are quick to have their team come check it out and rectify the issue in short order. I would recommend Westbow to anyone looking for a quality home at a great price point.

Our place is only two years old and honestly it has been an absolute nightmare. We are the second owners as of July 2021. We have been emailing Westbow Care since October 2021 about several issues with our house including terrible windows and sliding doors that were improperly installed so there is a draft on all three floors. During the winter our Hydro and Fortis bills have been almost double the price of our last place that was 200 square feet bigger. We had Norm from Westbow come in to inspect the house and cover the tech cable (which was a huge concern, dangerous and should have been covered when the house was built. If anyone hit the tech cable in the garage they could die). Norm was surprised about the tech cable and agreed the windows should be covered under warrany... but months later we hear nothing back from Westbow until we follow up and find out Norm no longer works there. We have emailed several times to get everything covered under warranty and it seems like Westbow keeps stalling to come fix our issues until the rest of the complex is built and these issues are no longer covered under warranty. I have been trying to be patient but today we had a huge leak between our den and kitchen caused by a faulty elbow. As of right now, I highly recommend NOT purchasing a house built by Westbow.

My husband and I bought a home in Westbow’s “Cedarbrook” community and moved in almost two years ago now (time flies!). Honestly, this is long overdue, but we are so incredibly grateful for the Westbow staff and the sweet little community they are creating here at Cedarbrook.

We have been blown away by the effort they put in to build this community. I walk the trail daily and we have had a blast attending the holiday celebrations and outdoor movie nights, fitness in the park, and live music events this summer.

Right from the start, Alaina (& Taylor) were wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful through the nerve wracking process of buying our first home. We went to quite a few developments/open houses, but the second we drove into Cedarbrook and connected with Alaina with her professional but warm approach showing us around the community and attentively responding to our (many) questions, we knew this was it.

After we moved in, Tom from Customer Care has been phenomenal going above and beyond with the deficiencies and is on it with texting back and following up. You truly feel like he cares about you and your home.

The fact that many of their employees own and live in this community as well I think says it all in terms of the quality & confidence in their craftsmanship.

Anyways, I don’t know how much I possibly sum everything up, but we not only absolutely LOVE our home, but this GEM of a community Westbow is building.
