Our location, Legacy Reach Crescent, is the last street in the legacy community or the end of Legacy Circle Road near Soil King.
Since last year, your company has been using empty pilots, which is your company's property dumping mud/soil, etc.
Although WestCreek installed the notice board, it only dumped something with their permission a few months ago; however, it happened simultaneously.
Unfortunately, we continuously suffer from this dumping or collecting soil from the area under the West Creek development supervision.
Can’t imagine how the dumpers/trucks spoil the community's peace and environment by over speeding/rush driving and creating dust pollution. We do not allow our kids to play outside or cycle.
Seems West Creek allows them to continue their business without bothering the severe concern of more than 50 families living around the unmentioned dumping area. We highlighted the issue to West Creek representatives several times.

They have planted several big dead trees in the Legacy Woods area and now the new home owners are on the hook to have them cut. These big dead trees are safety hazard and can cause a serious damage. Builders (Trico Homes) think that it’s developer responsibility and WestCreek developers think otherwise.
Someone have already marked the dead trees.

New resident at bow 360 wolf willow.... Requested removal of "flag and flag poles" on the grounds, received a callback immediately and they were removed within hrs. I only wish I had called sooner. So peaceful now!

Questionable Corporate Citizen. Certainly need to review their social responsibility guidelines, specifically how they treat and handle the communities around their new developments. They destroy existing communities at the cost of individuals and city taxpayers to develop new properties.
