I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Western Financial in Williams Lake and especially with their insurance agent, Josee.J. She helped us get our auto insurance transfered, our home insurance finished and our boat trailer insured all in one visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. We had problems previously trying to get our boat trailer insured due to a vin error and while other agents gave up, Josee met the challenge head on and did not give up till we had a trailer plate in our hands. Josee is my new favorite insurance agent and I look forward to seeing her again. Thank you for the Exceptional service, Western Financial.

Update: If I thought the service was great last year, it was even more exceptional this year. When my home insurance renewal came in, I was shocked at the price. I spoke with Alex Gladue who found me a better quote for house insurance saving me 1200.00 this year. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I have received from this company. Alex went above and way beyond. I feel very thankful that she answered my call for help. Thank you, Western Financial for hiring amazing staff who truly care.

Alexandria Gladue and Jennifer Finch have both given excellent service. Jen helped with a house insurance claim that was fast and efficient, received information the same day form the Insurance company, Alex gave excellent service when I was renewing my car insurance.
I would recommend dealing with this company in Williams Lake.

Coverage is OK with some very specific restrictions.
Not sure if I want to keep this policy as the annual rate increase percentage is excessive. 4 months no work and handing out too much monthly for insurance. Not good business sense.
