Super friendly staff. Very patient with us. We also closed a deal and were getting a great deal. But we found a trailer elsewhere that fits our family more than what they had.

Which is too bad. Al was great to deal with. I wish we could have bought from him.

Did have to pick up something from the service department, and back there was also a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff. They even helped me with something telling me to use parts and supplies I already have. Any company putting me first before a sale, will definitely have me back as a loyal customer when I do need to spend money.

Pro and had a refrigerator issue just prior to leaving for camping. I phoned and spoke to Jason, brought it in and he ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. The service is absolutely excellent and Jason is a real asset to country RV. Thank you, Jason. Lillian Podlubny

Matt was a great guy, he showed my son and I around his vans. His wealth of knowledge and help was over the top. He has a great collection of rvs and a good shop of spare parts. I would recommend Matt for your next RV.

One of the few regrets I have in life is buying a unit from Country Road. The initial sales experience was amazing, but from the delivery inspection forward it was a series of disasters.

Over my many many visits trying to work with them to address issues I saw countless people come in and rage as their frustration came to a breaking point.

Most staff seem well intentioned but are working without the time and resources needed, for people at the top that don't seem motivated to retain staff or honour commitments to customers.

You should be aware there are no lemon laws for RVs and trailers in Alberta, and that many warranties for them and their contents may be limited based on where you bought your unit.

Experience was topnotch!!! Our sales experience with Matt was awesome. We visited him so many times looking at different units. He was very patient and never pressured us at all. The other staff as well are so friendly and helpful. Reception and parts and backlot employees are all so friendly and helpful. We live seasonally in Sundre and truly are so grateful to Country RV for the great experience and so happy to do business within our second home community. We would highly recommend that you check them out before purchasing something new or used.

I HIGHLY recommend buying an RV from Country Road RV in Sundre. It was our first time buying a RV and we picked a 39 ft toy hauler. It was nerve wrecking to make such a big purchase but the team here was super helpful and made our purchasing experience so easy and stress free. They went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and worked quickly to make sure our RV was ready to be delivered to BC at our set date. They even helped us deliver it to BC and set it up perfectly the way we wanted in our spot.

From the sales with Al to buying our first RV essentials in their parts department with Perry to finance department with Natasha to Peter at the service department and Bob who delivered and set up our RV for us, I have nothing but good things to say about each and everyone of them. I’m usually super bad with names but I remember everyone there because they each played a part to make our purchase stress free.
If you want to get a RV in great condition with no nasty surprises at a good price with great customer service then Country Road RV in Sundre is a no brainer. We’d rather drive an hour to buy from here than 15 min to buy in Calgary, the difference in experience and the reassurance of buying a well inspected RV makes the drive more than worth it.
Now I’m sitting in the RV writing this review and couldn’t be happier! Seriously Thanks so much, we love our fuzion Toy hauler!

Prices are insane!!
Don’t hold the value what’s so ever. They’ll give you 50% less on what you’d sell it for.
Chatted with a few people up in Rosewood resort on a few units on there lot and one week a unit was selling at a price they had mentioned and they went down a week later and price went up over 30,000 hahaha
If they know you have the coin let’s say there going to get what they can out of you and if you have a trade what an insult. Way over priced
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to shop.
Parts hahahaha make sure you do your homework before considering shopping here !!
Guess nobody needs to worry about getting any kind of deal there as they went bankrupt !

Now Western RV moving in so guess we will see if they enjoy taking care of there customers or be a buyers beware high prices gouging greedy company.
