I love EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE and PEOPLE around Here!
The house is the best: everything new, rooms are so comfy and spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped and bright😍
My family chose Westland court not only because of good conditions and location, we just LOVE PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE.
Mona is the most helpful and super super wonderful person who explained rules, showed different types of properties and still provides my mom, grandma and me with perfect mood for every day.
Ron always keeps the Westland course the most shiny part of Fort Sask.
Other workers are so nice as well and ready to help whenever we need.

Loved here for 3 years. There is absolutely nothing but good things to say. The units are spacious and clean. They take very good care of their units. Management was always on top of preventative maintenance. I would recommend that any of my friends looking for an affordable place in Fort Saskatchewan to strongly consider here.

We signed a 1yr lease, but moved after only 3 months and they managed to get it rented out quick so we weren’t stuck paying rent for several more months. The ladies in the office are great to deal with if you have any issues, and the grounds are always taken care of.

Having a autistic granddaughter is a worry, knowing that maintenance is immediately attended to and being understandable ,makes me know they are on a healthy safe environment ! These townhouses are spacious, clean and beautiful, with a great price that cannot be beat. The 2 wonderful ladies in the rental office, Mona and Robin, do a fantastic job of running this complex. I enjoyed living here, and even though I had to move for a job promotion, I am going to miss the quiet area and friendly neighbours. If I ever move back to Fort Sask, I will definitely be looking them up again for a place to rent. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

My son and I have lived in two different units here from 2003 until now. We’ve only had to call them about a problem a few times over the years and they were there right away! Recently we needed them on a weekend and Even though it was Mothers Day, Mona went in to the office to assist, no questions asked. She has also followed up with us to make sure everything is ok. Mona and Robyn and all the different courteous staff I see out and about are the friendliest, most caring staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Love living here and would recommend to anyone that is considering it!

Westland park is amazing. It feels like a real home and costs less than an apartment and has much more space than one as well. As a local business owner, I need the space in the basement to store supplies. I could not do this in an apartment. I like that it is not a small one floor apartment so my young kids will feel comfortable. The home is in great condition and the staff is amazing! Mona is incredibly organized which made the whole moving in process a breeze. I definitely recommend these homes to my friends and family.

I lived there for a year. Mona and her staff are wonderful. I enjoyed my stay there. Free cable and a discount on the deposit was awesome. Any issues were addressed immediately and I never felt like anyone was hovering over me.
Being a single parent moving from saskatchewan was daunting but Mona made me feel welcome and the place was safe. If I hadn’t gotten my dream job elsewhere I would have stayed.
