So far, we are very pleased to have signed a 1 year rental contract at the WestWalk for a 3-bedroom Condo on the 12th floor. Alicia at the rental office was very nice and answered our questions efficiently and quickly replied to our emails. Her manager, Alexandra, was also most helpful with the completion of the on-line documentation. We are impressed with the quality of the construction and the numerous inclusions with the rent. The rooftop terrace, pool and gym are a great addition to this package. The location is amazing. We look forward for our move in July 2025. Roger & Linda

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental. So far, they truly care about their tenants and is very reasonably priced for all the amenities they provide.

I was really enthusiast by the idea of renting with them. I did my application early so I was looking at a garden apartment with a walk in shower, which is so so rare and it’s making my life easier with my paralysis. I had an appointment on June 17th. She wasn’t at the office and I met someone who was replacing her but unfortunately he didn’t have all the answers to my questions. I wrote him 2 days after, June 19th, to let him know that I was interested to rent. He referred me to the girl that I was supposed to meet at the beginning, Alexandra Ursu.

She sent me what it was needed to rent. Perfect. She’s asking for our full name and email to send us the link to the form. That was on June 19th

June 20th I didn’t received any form so I’m texting her a little reminder and she said. She didn’t send it and she will try “tomorrow” on June 22. I said no worries

June 23 still no email. I’m texting her that I’m really interested and would love to start the process. Finally she sent us the link to the form for the rental application .

I’m filling it the minute that I got it.

The day after I’m writing her to know about the application. She said that my application is not good. I have a good credit and we are making money way more than needed.

THEY WILL CHECK EVERYTHING ON YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

That’s illegal. They never never stipulate it in the application.

Just imagine how good those buildings will be managed,
