The agents here are crazy! They will book an appointment for viewing but no one will come. You are the customer yet you are the one following up! We had an appointment in the afternoon, waited for 1 hour and was told someone will meet us but no one came! Wasted our time. I called them and I was frustrated and the person I talked to still had the audacity to be angry and raised his voice to me! They tried to call us for viewing again, but again, no one came! Never again and will not recommend this kind of service!!

Quite bad experience today. I had appointment with westwood apartment at 2:30p.m., they keep on Sending me confirmation and reminding emails plus messages as if they are professional. Since I still stay in Saskatoon, I drove all the way almost two hours for site visit. I reached in time and waited up to 2:50p.m., no one there, no phone call, no email, no message, nothing. I had to call avenue living service line and was told that all property managers are busy busy, can't serve me, so they have to reschedule site visit for another day. I was speechless, their words have no value, can't trust them any more. I have to drive another almost two hours back to Saskatoon. I feel we need to be careful to deal with this company, wasting your time, wasting your money, your emotion, nothing will achieve. 👎👎👎

JUST STAY AWAY, and don’t waste your time.

I made an appointment online a week and today I got a message from David saying that I need to finish some kind of application. I open this application and I see that it’s basically collecting all of the personal information !!!
which is illegal in Canada I don’t know how, you guys are doing this I haven’t even seen the place !!! But here you are asking people for banking information , occupation details, passport information which is just unbelievable violation of privacy.
I will not be proceeding with this application. This is just unbelievable. I do understand
when you see the place when you like everything and then you make a contract but sending all of YOUR PERSONAL information just nowhere basically to strangers this is the violation of human rights 👎

I've personally seen drug dealing out of the back door of this building. So beware future tenants. I don't live there, but I know some that do. Don't know how they verify their income, but you have to be earning 3x the rent.
