Been a tenant 6+ years, and that matters because I’m an extremely picky and particular person, And there’s quite a few reasons behind that.

This building has always been very clean and well maintained. Snow is cleared regularly and pathways are always sanded/salted. In the summer, the front lawns are always immaculately maintained and sure makes for a nice view from the balcony. Inside, the carpets and walls are clean and all glass surfaces are spotless. The cleaners employed by this rental company really do a tremendous job in keeping the place so clean and tidy.

As for the demographic, people are very nice and friendly. I used to keep to myself for the most part but there has been a huge boost in the sense of community since the new apartment manager (Rhonda) started here. I have met more of my neighbours through Rhonda in the past year than I had in my entire stay prior.

Safety is also a great feature of this building. All doors are locked and monitored with CCTV. There is also heated underground parking which is absolutely fantastic. Underground parking is also heavily monitored with CCTV.

As for amenities, in-suite laundry is absolutely brilliant! Utilities included in rent is yet another great feature! Natural gas is included in the rent so BBQ all year round! One of the best places in the Fort in my honest opinion. I’ve been here for 6+ years and easily see myself for quite a while longer!

Rhonda is the most incredible building manager anyone could have ever asked for !! She meets requests helps people instantly and is always at your help whenever you need it ! If this woman goes anywhere else to manage a building I am following with her because I have never felt the appreciation and amazingness she makes each and every one of us feels !! I've lived at Westwood Terrace for 4 years and have had zero issues the building is quiet, nice and well maintained and the property manager Rhonda is amazing she will help you get anything you need done as quickly as possible and she's always around for good conversation and a joke.

Not advisable to rent with them , they let their tenants act as landlord , they make the first class citizen tenant take hidden picture of you , when you voice out your concern they dismiss it like you’re not valid even when you’re paying rent & not oweing heavy complaining about dressing , they are extremely Nosey and always in front of the building front door gossiping 24/7 including the building manager .its mostly a seniors building so they make young people as uncomfortable as it’s get . When you’re moving out they do inspections while you’re still leaving in the unit like 10 times and when you move out they look for the tiniest normal wear & tear to keep your deposit , you’re better off having a move out party cause you won’t be getting you deposit anyways. If you’re a person of colour I would advice you to stay clear from this building

Lived here for 2 years ! Such a great place . Hallways are alwys clean and there is a gym inside ! Very well maintained and quiet . Staff is so friendly and great . Loved living here ! walking distance to friesen bro. Grocery store and shoppers .

We really enjoy living here because it is clean, quite and non smoking. We are seniors and love the underground parking. Also enjoy the large balcony. In house staff are always helpful, friendly and dependable.

I lived there for three years and found it to be very clean and it was a quiet apartment. If there were any issues they were handled quickly and professionally. The staff were very nice and pleasant to talk with.
