I was very satisfied dealing with the Whaling family. I'm aware of at least 5 decades of their vast experience in building & selling homes in the Hanover area. As a matter of fact, it was a pleasure having Bryan, Ashley & Judy work for me. Hard working, humorous & most important - honest effective results.

Ashley was unorganized and had the wrong address of the property she was selling,used out dated tax info,did not ensure her client left the house in the industry standard of broom clean,the keys she provided were never checked to see if they opened all doors to the house and let her client include appliances that do not work,also allowed her client to shut off the power and gas to the wrong property.unfortunately Ashly all points are true and 5th Ave were not to happy to have no gas or hydro last week

POOR SERVICE!
Left at least 3 messages by email and phone and even a personal visit to his office and still there was no response or acknowledgement of my inquiries about building a home!
I certainly would not recommend Brian to anyone looking for a home!
